Everything begins with a wild idea.
For years, we worked inside technology organizations designing software, leading technical initiatives and building digital products.
That experience taught us that great engineering is not defined by the number of technologies used. It is defined by the clarity of the problem being solved.
Too often, software projects begin with frameworks, platforms and architecture decisions before anyone has fully understood the people who will use the product or the operations it must support.
Hibearna Tech was founded in 2025 in St. Petersburg, Florida, to approach that process differently.
We begin with people. Then we understand the business. Then we study the process. Only after that do we choose the technology.
